MAIDENWELL

• We are located at Lat: -26.8; Long: E151.8. Elv. 453M Sml. Don't use a GPS to find us, you will end up in some dead-end back dirt road!
  

• The observatory is 11 kms from the Cooyar Range/Maidenwell turnoff.

• We are located at 4150 Kingaroy - Cooyar Road, Maidenwell on the western side of the Maidenwell sports field.

• We are just a hop step and jump away from the Maidenwell Hotel, the local store and hall.

• Maidenwell is 28 kms east of the Bunya Mountains, 30 kms west of Yarraman, 30kms south of Nanango, 50 kms south of Kingaroy and 19 kms from Cooyar.

• The observatory is just over an hour's drive on the A3 from Toowoomba (via Cooyar).

• Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast is a 2 -3 hours drive. Gold Coast is a 3-4 hours drive via Esk (Brisbane Valley).

• Camping for Motorhomes, Caravans, Social and Community groups see Accommodation.
