- At night we can handle no more than 35 persons on the Observation Deck with the telescopes.
If there is more than this we do a second session later on.
- If the group is say, 60 persons, one half will do an hour with the telescopes while the other half do an A/V show in the Star Theatre. Then they swap over.

- In case the weather does not co-operate with Night Sky viewing when you arrive at the Observatory, we offer you a Star Theatre show.
- Alternatively, if it clouds up during the stargazing show, we adjourn into the Star Theatre for an Audio/Visual show of the Solar System and Universe.

- For a social group of 30 persons from your works we have a Meal/Observatory deal.
- For $30 PP you get a 2 course meal at the pub plus a night show at the Obs.
- Best times for a night visit is listed at left in the Menu under Moon/Stars/Planets tab.
