• We are only 30 minutes from the Bunya Mountains and Nanango.

•  Due to seasonal changes weather patterns can change quickly. 

• If the skies look a bit iffy, call the Observatory an hour or so, before leaving home and we can then give you an update as to how the skies are at Maidenwell.  

• On the night of your booked session and it's a total cloud cover, you are offered a Star Theatre show (at a reduced rate) and if clears up we adjoin to the telescopes and you pay the difference afterwards.  If you do not want this offer, you can re-book and or go home.
