- The image is updated every 8 minutes or so. It will show the sky day and night as it is over the Maidenwell Observatory.
If you don't see an image staright away, it means the image is updating to the Internet. Just give it a few more minutes.
- The bright streak seen in the picture on sunny days is pixel-blooming of the Sun in CCD chip of the camera. This is normal.
- If you see black or grey smudges, that's bird poop on the clear perspex dome lens cover. Birds have no respect.
- On clear moonless nights, the camera will show the Milky Way and stars.
